“Education is not just a profession but a sacred call, a great apostolate through which we participate in the teaching mission of a church. Our aim in the pursuit of intellectual and professional excellence should be the total formation of the human person as much for her/his own enrichment as for the service of the society and the nation in the spirit of God”

Students

All successful people are big dreamers. Imagine what your future could be, ideal in every respect and then study, do your lessons and act the dream every day towards that distant vision. The beliefs that you have, your abilities in general will determine the results you get. If you believe you can do something, you will find a way to it. There is no failure but a feedback of result of how you performed. Even if it is a setback, you can learn from it and gain skills for further improvement. May be the efforts were not enough, put in more efforts where it was lacking and get the results that you always wanted. You are tomorrows Corporators, MLA s MP s, Ministers, Governor’ s, Scientists, Astronomers, Doctors, Engineer’ s, Industrialist’s, Entrepreneurs, Sportsmen …….. Identify, who you want to be. Make one successful man as your role model and pursue your dream. The future of a bright, independent and developed India is in your hands.

Teachers

Teachers follow students through each pivotal stage of development. For 5-6 hours a day, you as a teacher is the most influential people in your student’s life after their parents. You guide students through important transition, answer their questions, listen to their problems and teach them about the new phase of lives. Think carefully before you speak, what message you are sending yourself about you and your own success, whether you are dealing with students or with colleagues, your ability to get your message across is vital. You communicate all the time through your body language, words and voice.

Parents

Do you have a clear picture, what you want your child to be – or a confused picture, that keep changing, or a picture that you don’t want, or barely any picture at all, just vague ideas, which vision will achieve the most. The outcome you want can only happen when you have a well formed vision of It. Find out the interest of your ward and help him/her to explore it. Pay attention to how your child learns, you may be able to know his/her interest. Find appropriate ways to help your child connecting with the school learning and to world events. Support your ward in their endeavors, appreciate and encourage them at home, manifest a disciplined culture. At school we have a firm discipline code. We need to be firm and consistent to produce well behaved and happy kids. Maintain a cordial relation with the school and be respectful of your ward’s teachers, this will send out a message that school and teachers are sacrosanct. Parents, we see you very much as important partners in the education of your children. We welcome your presence and support .  We need to work collaboratively.
